We offer these plates in various standards, specifications, designations, and custom dimensions, also in national and international standards.

These plates are highly resistive to local and general corrosion than standard grades. These plates offer great resistance to crevice and pitting corrosion in reducing environments. However, these plates are optimum for application in halide and chloride containing environments even in the elevated temperatures. These plates also offer great tensile strength, creep strength, and stress to rupture strength. Additionally, these plates are resistive to atmospheric corrosion. IS 2062 E350 PLATES have great machinability, formability, workability, fabricability that is an ideal option for multiple types of industrial applications. Because of its ductility and formability, these can be turned into any complex designs. Furthermore, all standard welding process can be induced for the welding operation. The process includes arc welding, TIG, MIG, SAW, and other processes. These plates are manufactured from both hot and cold drawing methods under the latest machines.

To get desired properties manufactured plates are processed from the metal treatment process. After the hot working operation, it is processed from the annealing process. These plates are also processed from cold working operation because of higher work hardening rate. Thus, this attains higher mechanical properties to make structure magnetic. Cleaning the working surface while in the application provide great results. However, due to its machinability, these are easily machined with standard machining process that requires low feeds, speeds, and adequate cut depth. These plates are alloyed with different alloying elements that offer resistance to a wide range of corrosive media. Because of this composition, it is susceptible to brittleness and sensitization. It has a good composition of alloying elements, suitable for performance in environments containing nitrides, chlorides, sulfides, sulfuric acids, nitric acids, and other harsh compounds.
